Job Summary
Service/Route Coordinator role focusing on coordinating service routes and customer interactions to support field technicians. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, optimizing routes for efficiency, maintaining customer accounts, tracking service completion, processing invoices/work orders/ discounts, and coordinating with field teams to resolve scheduling conflicts. Requires 1+ years of customer service or route coordination experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and systems like IFS or Salesforce, and the ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience, route coordination or operations (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with IFS, Salesforce or similar systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment
