Job Summary
Coordinate service routes and schedules, manage inbound and outbound customer calls, provide in-person support to resolve service questions, optimize schedules for field technicians, set up and maintain customer accounts, track service completion, process invoices and work orders, and support real-time coordination with field teams. Requires 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred), high school diploma or GED (or higher), and proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and systems like IFS or Salesforce. Strong communication and organizational skills, plus the ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic environment are essential.
