Job Summary
Service Representative in Insurance Claims assists visitors and callers, helps clients complete documents, routes calls (including those for adjusters), notifies and follows up with responsible staff, documents activities in the claims system, handles correspondence and mail, codes claims, coordinates appointments and changes, requests inspections, generates and routes claim checks, delivers payments, and performs other administrative tasks per SOPs. Requires an Associate degree in Business Administration and at least 1 year of related customer service experience; strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with computer systems, ability to multitask, and teamwork. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas y un (1) año de experiencia en áreas relacionadas a Servicio al Cliente o cualquier combinación de educación y experiencia equivalente.
Additional Requirements
- Idioma: Dominio del idioma español y habilidad para comunicarse en inglés tanto oral como escrito.
