Job Summary
Service Representative responsible for servicing and growing assigned customer base, establishing contact between customers and company staff, maintaining regular sales/ service follow-ups, and contributing to marketing initiatives. Roles include developing new business opportunities through cold calls and leads, presenting new products and services to accounts, and supporting the sales team with training and best practices. Requires CPR certification and Fire Extinguisher Inspection license; must travel daily and operate a vehicle. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- Familiar with codes, products attributes, and procedures within the safety field
- General awareness of business, financials, sales, and safety principles
- Strong ability to utilize technology to increase the customer experience
- Adequate skill with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
- Maintain a valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug and background check
