Job Summary
Service Representative responsible for servicing and growing assigned customer base while exceeding customer expectations. Builds territory with Account Executives to maximize company growth. Performs cold calls and manages leads, maintains customer contact through sales calls and scheduled service frequency, participates in training, supports marketing initiatives, and facilitates new product introductions to assigned accounts. Requires First Aid and CPR Certification and Fire Extinguisher Inspection License; HS diploma/GED required with college degree preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel daily; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; background checks/drug screening may be required. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- Familiar with codes, products attributes, and procedures within the safety field
- General awareness of business, financials, sales, and safety principles
- Strong ability to utilize technology to increase the customer experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
- Maintain a valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug and background check
- First Aid and CPR Certification and Fire Extinguisher Inspection License
