Job Summary
The Service Representative is responsible for providing hands-on service to big box retail outlets, which includes setting up company displays, merchandising stock, and resolving customer issues. Essential functions include visiting stores as scheduled, assisting with inventory replenishment, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and Outlook, are necessary, along with excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a retail vendor or big box environment or related experience
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office) specifically MS Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (oral & written)
