Job Summary
Provide prompt, efficient bank customer service handling tasks such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, checks, and foreign currency exchange. Refer cross-sales opportunities to sales staff; assist merchant customers; handle cash shipments/deposits and federal tax deposits for FICA wages. Follow bank policies and procedures and supervisor direction; answer calls, greet customers, input deposits/payments, process address changes, verify checks, and maintain security and compliance with banking regulations. Perform duties including mail/courier/ATM processing, transfers, signature cards, and miscellaneous duties as assigned; promote The Citizens Experience to customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; minimum of six months experience as a service representative in a financial institution; or six months experience with cash handling and customer service.
