Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact between the Bank and its customers, handling all interactions in a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable manner. Process transactions accurately, efficiently, and with strict confidentiality while expanding current relationships through referrals to loan officers and other representatives. Balance cash drawers daily and ATMs as assigned, including after-hours on-call rotation for ATM servicing. Provide account information and discuss suitable bank products based on customer needs.
