Service Representative - Eyewash/WaterBreak

Service Representative in Training/Bench for the Eyewash/WaterBreak line. Responsibilities include on-the-job training leading to certification, timely servicing of Eyewash stations and WaterBreak units, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Roles include selling the Eyewash and WaterBreak line to First Aid and Safety customers, invoicing for services, and achieving sales goals. Key duties involve scheduling and performing service visits, customer relationship management, problem resolution, maintaining clean and safe equipment, and completing required paperwork. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, with HS diploma/GED as a minimum and a valid driver’s license; prior sales and/or customer service experience is advantageous.
