Job Summary
Field-based Service Representative responsible for inventory management, stock optimization, and implementing inventory solutions at client locations. Install, configure, and manage inventory systems (Vending, VMI, crib systems); stock delivered products and ensure customer locations are properly maintained. Handle order processing, scanning/downloading orders for replenishment, material handling, and expediting as needed. Build relationships with customer contacts across multiple locations, engage customers proactively, and maintain professionalism with clients and colleagues. Requires strong customer-service orientation, clear written/spoken communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable staying on the move in a field role. Part-time position (20 hours per week) based in Pocatello, ID, with on-site work.
Required Qualifications
