Job Summary
Manage bin inventory and deliver products to customer locations while scanning and downloading data same-day. Make schematic changes to maintain the bin management system, write up credits accurately, and document customer issues for prompt problem-solving. Keep team members informed on all customer matters and complete CMSP notes within the business week. Assist with bin management system setups as needed. This role operates in a customer manufacturing environment requiring the ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and use equipment such as scanners and forklifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to move and lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to push, pull, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach when necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Product knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
