Job Summary
Service Representative focused on maintaining and improving chemical treatment programs for industrial/commercial client facilities. Responsibilities include maintaining target chemical levels, executing and optimizing service schedules, conducting on-site testing and analysis with portable lab tools, documenting results through data entry, troubleshooting equipment and process non-conformances, designing/maintaining dosing equipment and water conditioning systems, managing customer requests, and delivering technical and financial business reviews. The role emphasizes customer relationship management, collaboration with Sales, field-based work at client sites, travel requirements, and a strong emphasis on service quality and cost-effective water/energy outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Industrial applications
- Experience working in customer service and/or sales
- Exposure to working in industrial environments is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Driver’s license
