Service Representative/Ambassador

Greet and verify CLEAR members and travelers, guiding them through the lane process with empathy and urgency. Provide warm, proactive assistance including wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions. Triage member concerns, loop in support teams as needed, and follow through to find resolutions. Ensure lane readiness by managing signage, equipment, and cleanliness while guiding smooth member flow. Share information about CLEAR benefits and services, and strictly follow security protocols and airport safety procedures. Maintain open availability for shifts including weekends and holidays, standing for up to eight hours per day.
