Job Summary
Update service orders and schedule completions through the shop while maintaining knowledge of ERP options for each entry. Adjust and follow through on customer inquiries regarding orders, expediting purchase orders as necessary. Enter and maintain customer sales orders into SX e.distribution software and ensure all paperwork is maintained from job beginning to end. Maintain a safe and clean work environment complying with company and industry safety regulations. Requires an Associate Degree or two years of experience in electrical, automation, or mechanical distribution, plus basic computer proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience
- Experience and knowledge of electrical, automation or mechanical distribution
- Basic computer proficiency
- Microsoft Word

- Safety-conscious
- Dependable
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a repair shop environment
