Job Summary
Service Repair Coordinator responsible for planning, organizing and executing Government and Commercial repair activities via RIX Field Service Technicians, maintaining professional customer communication, providing pricing proposals and invoicing support, managing budgets and resource scheduling, and ensuring compliance with RIX policies. Requires associate degree (or 3+ years in Government/Field Service), strong MS Office and contracting knowledge (FFP/T&M/Cost+), excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field from an accredited college or university
- or 3 or more years of relevant experience in Government services or Field Service
- Proficient in MS Office
- Solid Understanding of Purchase Orders, Firm, Fixed Price (FFP)/Time& Material(T&M), and Cost Plus (Cost+) Contracting methods, principles, and practices
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or qualified U.S. Person in accordance with ALU 22CFR 120.15.
