Job Summary
Service Repair Coordinator responsible for planning, organizing and executing Government and Commercial repair activities via direct support of RIX Field Service Technicians and related administrative duties. Responsibilities include coordinating all Field Service Repair and support activities, maintaining professional communication with customers, providing pricing proposals, budgeting and invoicing, maintaining records in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with RIX policies, supporting Field Service Technicians with materials, and acting as a back-up to the CSS Director of Customer Support. Key skills include budgeting and reporting, MS Office proficiency, knowledge of PO/FFP/T&M/Cost-Plus contracting, strong communication, time-management, and stakeholder relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field from an accredited college or university, or 3 or more years of relevant experience in Government services or Field Service
- Knowledge and experience in budgeting, documentation, and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office
- Solid Understanding of Purchase Orders, Firm, Fixed Price (FFP)/Time& Material(T&M), and Cost Plus (Cost+) Contracting methods, principles, and practices
- Superb time-management and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Ability to communicate with others to exchange information both orally and in writing
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or qualified U.S. Person in accordance with ALU 22CFR 120.15
