Service Rep PT<30 - Hours Vary

Direct visitors to appropriate locations throughout the Medical Center complex and respond to inquiries regarding patients, staff, services, and activities. Participate in all quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities while performing duties in a courteous, customer-focused manner aligned with the Hurley Family Standards of Behavior. Work under the direction of the Director, Marketing Support Services or designee.
