Job Summary
Conduct daily CDL truck deliveries along established routes, performing pre- and post-trip inspections per AZDOT requirements. Restock and rotate products at customer accounts, verify load-outs, collect payments, and obtain signatures on receipts. Resolve service complaints, address special requests, and communicate competitive activity to management. Upon completing a 30-90 day training period as a trainee, transition to an exempt salary role eligible for safety and performance bonuses. Work holidays and maintain proper equipment cleanliness while adhering to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age or older
- Maintain a current/valid Arizona Commercial Driver's License
- Must have a clean driving record
- Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
- Excellent customer service
- Must be able to work well with others
- Ability to interact with diverse personalities
- Ability to read code dates proficiently
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs. for package product and up to (165) lbs. for keg product
- Must be able to work holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have a cell phone with data capability
