Job Summary
The Service Reliability Lead is responsible for managing a team of 6-10 geographically dispersed Full-Time Employees (FTEs) in incident and problem management for the Intelligence Community's communications network. This role requires the oversight of personnel and material resources, ensuring compliance with contract Service Level Objectives/Service Level Agreements (SLO/SLA) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Key responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, developing quality control processes, providing technical advice during meetings, and collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve network issues. Candidates must demonstrate extensive experience in network management, compliance with information assurance standards, and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of experience or combination of work history and education (Doctorate and 8 years, Master's and 10 years, Bachelor's and 12 years, Associate's and 14 years, HS diploma and 16 years)
- Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2
- Experience leading technical teams of 4-10 FTEs who are geographically dispersed
- Experience in Network Incident and Problem Management
- Experience troubleshooting and developing solutions to network issues
- Experience in Layer 1 and 2 networking concepts and basic routing fundamentals
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) products
