Service Receptionist | Hourly - Jim Click Ford East

Service Receptionist needed at Jim Click Ford East to greet service customers, answer and route phone calls, schedule service appointments, update customer information, and support internal communication in a high-volume dealership service department. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential. Prior receptionist or customer service experience is preferred; basic computer and scheduling system proficiency required.
