Job Summary
Monitor and audit compliance levels across residential homes in Scotland and north England, conducting regular Reg44 audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with Scottish and English regulations, while leading investigations into incidents and creating corrective action plans. Deliver training programs to staff on compliance topics and serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, including the Care Inspectorate and Ofsted. Establish comprehensive documentation systems for reporting to authorities and produce monthly quality assurance reports.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience managing and auditing residential children's home
- Relevant care management and leadership qualifications
- Understanding of both Care Inspectorate and Ofsted regulations and expectations
- Understanding and experience of Reg44
