Job Summary
The role focuses on developing, modifying, and enhancing complex software applications and databases to automate business processes for the Texas A&M Engineering People Office using Laserfiche ECM Software. Responsibilities include Laserfiche software development, designing electronic forms, generating management reports and project metrics, serving as Laserfiche liaison to IT, administering listservs, troubleshooting issues, providing ongoing maintenance, training, and support. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience; desirable skills include experience with Laserfiche, Qualtrics, Workday, and SQL/JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, PHP, and CSS. Strong written communication, analytical and organizational abilities are also emphasized. Location is main campus College Station, TX. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of related experience
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript / jQuery. Knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
