Service & Qualification Technician

Job Summary
Install and commission laboratory workbenches and cleanroom systems at customer sites in Switzerland, perform maintenance, repairs and relocations, and conduct room decontamination. Qualify cleanrooms, cleanroom systems, and laboratory equipment, while advising clients in the laboratory-technology sector. The role involves traveling within the Bern–Lausanne–Valais region, with overnight stays as needed; training will be provided to prepare for upcoming assignments. Ideal candidate resides in the regional service area and demonstrates a strong customer-serviceorientation, independence, reliability, and a willingness to travel up to approximately 60 nights per year.
Required Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, HVAC, building services engineering, or comparable)
- Ideally several years of professional experience as a service and maintenance technician or in technical field service
- Experience in GMP environment and in calibration/qualification of systems is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German language skills are mandatory; French language skills are advantageous for Lausanne region
- Category B driver's license
- Ideally residing in the region between Bern, Lausanne, and Valais
