Job Summary
Review technician findings and recommendations to coordinate professional repair and equipment replacement proposals within the Commercial HVAC Service Department. Research equipment history, warranty status, and pricing while gathering necessary information to develop accurate, complete proposals in BuildOps. Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and leadership on complex opportunities, ensuring all documentation meets quality standards before final management review. Maintain proposal records, track approvals, and support customers with timely updates throughout the development process. This role serves as the primary liaison between service technicians, vendors, and internal departments to drive service sales growth and ensure accurate proposal delivery.
