Service Project Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate crew activities for roofing services including leak calls, maintenance, repairs, and re-roofing projects across multiple states. Ensure all work meets company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes while monitoring timelines and budgets. Train, mentor, and develop technicians; enforce safety policies, conduct Job Hazard Analyses, and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation. Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, coordinate material needs with suppliers, and attend pre-construction meetings. Maintain vehicles and tools, ensure job site cleanliness, and document progress in the RLM database. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions with extensive travel, variable hours, and weekend on-call availability.
