Job Summary
Service Project Manager at Trane Technologies in Birmingham, AL, responsible for overseeing long-term scheduling and execution of service workloads, managing large quoted work and service projects with unique scopes, risk management of managed portfolios, monthly revenue forecasting, and ensuring contract performance. Collaborates with Area Service Leaders/Managers, reviews estimates and proposals, coordinates parts and labor scheduling, and maintains high customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and compliance with Trane/OSHA policies. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least two years of project management experience, with HVAC contracting knowledge preferred; strong organizational and customer-service orientation and solid computer skills.
Required Qualifications
