Service Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage service projects from estimate to completion by creating estimates, generating proposals, and entering service work into the system. Order parts and supplies, track inventory, and schedule labor internally and with customers to ensure timely project execution. Coordinate billing, review project completion, and receive subcontractor proposals while assisting sales development as needed. Communicate with building owners, contractors, and field staff to investigate concerns and implement corrective actions. Ensure all staff and subcontractors adhere to safety policies and OSHA standards. Work onsite Monday through Thursday with flexible Friday scheduling and less than 5% travel to job sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in project management, HVAC or related
- Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes and estimating associated with the installation of HVAC systems and managing subcontractors
- Computer skills
- Highly organized
- Strongly customer service oriented
- Less than 5% travel to customer job sites
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in project management, HVAC or related preferred
