Service Project Manager

Estimate and manage service projects from start to finish. Prepare accurate project estimates using plans, take-offs, and estimating software; gather pricing from vendors and subcontractors; build and send detailed scope proposals to customers and contractors. Coordinate project staffing and ensure labor and materials are tracked for billing; manage project teams and ensure safety and company policies are followed; collaborate with internal teams to support projects and bids; maintain strong relationships with existing customers and service contacts; support efforts to grow and expand the customer base. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, knowledge of electrical systems and codes, effective communication with internal teams, customers, and vendors, solid planning and problem-solving abilities, reading blueprints, and a valid driver’s license.”,
