Job Summary
Lead complex, high-impact transformation initiatives advancing Services growth, operational excellence, and strategic business priorities. Translate enterprise strategy into integrated roadmaps and measurable outcomes while serving as a strategic partner to executive sponsors and functional leaders. Establish governance structures, manage scope and resources, and anticipate risks to drive timely decisions across global, cross-functional teams without direct authority. Ensure initiatives deliver value and transition successfully to business-as-usual operations. Work on a 4-1 hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Master's or equivalent experience
- Experience of over 5 years of project or program management experience
- Experience particularly in services, engineering, or technology-focused fields
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong understanding of sales services
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborator management skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Willingness to work on a 4-1 hybrid model (4 days in the office and 1 at home)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborator management skills
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority across diverse teams
- Close attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Analytical approach with the ability to assess trade-offs and make data-informed decisions
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex, cross-functional environments
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement approach
- Culturally aware and effective in a global, matrixed organization
- Proficient in English
- Spanish proficiency
