Service Project Administrator

Job Summary
Manage project documentation, procurement, job costing, customer invoicing, and administrative closeout from award through completion. Coordinate project transitions between Sales and Operations, administer contracts with regional leadership and legal teams, and handle material ordering and vendor subcontracts. Process monthly customer invoices, record project costs including time sheets, and resolve billing backlogs by communicating with Project Managers, field technicians, and claims. Follow established standard work processes using enterprise systems to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- up to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- strong communication skills
- proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and exercising good judgement
- Experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required
- Safety Sensitive Role: Yes

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with financial systems and basic accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Construction law and regulation knowledge
- Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems
