Full-time Service Professional position in a café responsible for providing exceptional service to locals, upselling menu items, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience as a server or in sales
- Minimum one-year experience in customer service/food industry
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced work environment
- Stand for extended periods and lift to 40lbs
Desired Qualifications
- DOH accredited or Safeserve Certified preferred
