Job Summary
Service Product Manager responsible for driving customer lifecycle value, installed base growth, and service revenue performance across the North American MR portfolio. Leads lifecycle optimization, service attachment strategies at Point-of-Sale, upgrade and modernization pathways, competitive conversion and win-back programs, and long-term installed base expansion. Key duties include shaping regional growth strategies across IB and lifecycle programs, managing initiatives to retain, upgrade, and expand the customer base, leading modality-specific growth programs in collaboration with sales, service, and marketing, and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop business cases, pricing strategies, and market opportunity assessments. Tracks KPIs and market trends to optimize results, and serves as a subject matter expert on lifecycle management and installed base optimization. The role requires collaboration across multifunctional teams and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience; a Bachelor's degree is required. The work arrangement is office-based with in-person requirements at Philips hubs in Nashville, Cambridge, or Chicago, with travel as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
- At least 5+ years of industry experience in marketing technology, healthcare, or MedTech products and solutions
- Familiarity with radiology and service structure for capital equipment
