Job Summary
Lead the Quant Analytics efforts within the Service Product Analytics team to drive strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of actionable insights. Responsibilities include integrating multi-source data (customer, account, digital, financial, operational), building robust business cases, sizing addressable populations, tracking features in the customer servicing journey, identifying customer interactions across channels, applying analytical tools (Alteryx, Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau) to extract trends, delivering executive-ready insights, leading cross-functional projects, championing advanced techniques like machine learning and predictive modeling, and establishing KPIs to measure impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of experience building statistical and machine learning models that integrate multiple data inputs from diverse sources, particularly in Marketing, Customer Journey, Operations, or Finance
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and demonstrated technical expertise in data modeling, data analysis, and segmentation techniques
- Proficient in Business Intelligence and analytical tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
- Self-sufficient in querying and extracting data from enterprise databases and data lakes, including platforms such as Snowflake, GOS, and AWS Athena
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical rigor with ability to synthesize information across multiple platforms and organizations
- Strong communication skills with ability to deliver concise presentations for executive leadership
- Experience developing financial business cases is highly desirable
- Background in analytics or experience within consumer or retail banking is preferred
- Familiarity with AWS technologies is a plus
- Advanced analytics acumen with a Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
