Job Summary
Service Manager responsible for stable, compliant, and high-quality IT service delivery by governing ITIL/ITSM processes, monitoring end-to-end service delivery, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet SLAs and business requirements. Lead incident, problem, change, and service-level management; own service management processes; drive continual service improvements; manage demand, capacity, availability, governance, risk, and vendor/stakeholder engagement; deliver regular service performance reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes.
- Experience in managing IT operations or service delivery environments.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with incident, change, problem, and service level management.
- Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- ITIL certification preferred.
