Job Summary
Service Process Coordinator who will drive end-to-end service excellence across dealer networks, coach dealership teams on defined service processes, and monitor adherence to standards. Responsibilities include traveling to assigned dealerships to train and track progress, supporting digital adoption and accurate data entry in the DMS, coordinating with service HQ and regional teams to align operations with customer service initiatives, creating and presenting operational and performance reports, conducting process and quality audits across service functions, onboarding new joiners, and delivering refresher training. Key skills include process excellence, training and coaching, Kaizen/PDCA in a fast-paced automotive environment, strong communication and teamwork, data analysis (MS Office, Power BI), and the ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines. The candidate should have 5–7 years of relevant automotive experience and be willing to travel frequently.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in engineering (Mechanical or Automobile) with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, specifically in service operations, service excellence or dealership process management.
