Job Summary
The Service Porter/Valet greets customers and assists service staff, prepares vehicles for service by installing disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats, identifies the service advisor for the customer, moves vehicles between the service lane and parking, retrieves vehicles after payment or as directed, maintains an orderly parking lot, performs clerical tasks, communicates with dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs, and maintains grooming and uniform standards. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Possess an acceptable driving record
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence
- Criminal history background check will be conducted
- Clear pre-employment drug screen
