Job Summary
Move RV inventory of varying sizes safely around the dealership lot, including backing trailers into tight spots and pulling fifth wheels into repair bays. Maintain the cleanliness and order of RV inventory, the lot, and company property while providing support for service and sales functions as needed. Attend department meetings. Forklift operation is required to move large recreational vehicles in and out of service bays and onto storage lots. This role supports Holiday World's growing RV dealership team, which has expanded from 35 to over 290 employees in 29 years.
Required Qualifications
- experience operating forklifts
- comfortable driving RVs of every size and configuration (5th wheel, bumper pull, Class-A, Class-C, etc.)
- Must be able to back a trailer into a tight spot
- Must be able to pull a 5th wheel into a repair bay
- Must be able to safely move large recreational vehicles around the dealership property
- Must be able to move RV inventory of varying size safely around the dealership lot
- Must be able to maintain the cleanliness and order of RV inventory, lot and company property
- Must be able to provide support for service and sales functions
- Must be able to attend department meetings
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
