Job Summary
Move customer and dealership vehicles throughout the service department and property safely. Assist Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Service Manager with daily operational tasks to maintain efficient vehicle flow. Operate the customer shuttle while providing friendly service, and keep the service drive, parking areas, and staging zones clean and organized. Retrieve vehicles and complete additional tasks as assigned to support the department. Full-time Monday through Saturday with a rotating day off.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles
- Must be available for Monday - Saturday with a Rotating Day Off
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
