Job Summary
Manage the warehouse and storage environment to high standards, protecting units from theft and damage while ensuring safe storage. Schedule the day to assist technicians by pulling units and parts before they are needed, and complete a daily walk of the yard to verify all units are stored or locked. Clean the warehouse, setup areas, and parking zones, assisting the service team with trash removal and general organization. Transport units safely and timely using company vehicles, accurately tying them down for delivery. Assist with event load-in and load-out as requested, including after-hours events. Work 9+ hours per day including weekends in a high-stress environment, maintaining professional hygiene and courteous interaction with customers.
Required Qualifications
- Time management: Employees must be able to understand the duties of his position and perform them without being told. Success is mastering what is next.
- Attention to detail: Employees must be able to understand what the standards are for a clean work environment as well as what constitutes a clean vehicle that is going to be delivered to a customer.
- Clean MVR: Must be able to drive a truck and trailer in the event that a unit must be physically delivered to the customer and approved by our insurance company.
- Motorcycle Endorsement: Must be willing and able to get a Motorcycle Endorsement. We provide the classes.
- Regular attendance during normal scheduled store hours including the ability to work 9+ hours per day and the ability to work weekends.
- The ability to work in a high stress environment and the ability to work under tight deadlines which may require longer/later hours as needed.
- The ability to continually engage and interact with others, including clients and employees throughout the work day via various methods of communications including phone and computer usage.
- Occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs
- Occasional pushing of up to 100+ lbs
