Job Summary
Service Porter role supporting vehicle maintenance activities at MINI of Las Vegas. Responsibilities include assisting with service write-ups and tagging customer vehicles, removing protective coverings and IDs prior to customer return, inspecting vehicles for stains, debris and damages, transporting customers and dealership staff, performing deliveries, cleaning interiors/exteriors, keeping the lot orderly, returning keys, picking up and delivering vehicles to storage, testing vehicle batteries, and assisting with shop cleanup and deliveries. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read and comprehend instructions, strong communication and customer-service skills, safe machine operation, manual transmission capability, valid driver's license, and ability to operate an automobile.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of previous work experience (preferred)
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle machinery safely
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Ability to operate an automobile
