Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, move vehicles safely between service bays and parking areas, and maintain cleanliness of the service drive, waiting area, and parking lot. Wash, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles for delivery after service while assisting service advisors and technicians with inspections, tagging, and inventory monitoring. Shuttle vehicles to other dealership locations or vendors as needed and keep loaner vehicles and dealership inventory organized. Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations while working in varying weather conditions. Flexible schedule includes Saturdays; competitive hourly pay with health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) match, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible schedule, including Saturdays, as required by dealership operations
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
