Job Summary
Service Porter at Martin Automotive Group (Subaru of Ontario) handles customer transportation while vehicles are serviced, greets customers, takes walk-around photos, makes follow-up calls for satisfaction, and runs errands including pickup/delivery of parts and mail. Responsibilities include driving vehicles defensively, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, ensuring seatbelts and child restraints are used, handling dealership paperwork and keys, and reporting any incidents or drivability issues.
