Service Porter - Jaguar Houston North

The Service Porter supports the dealership’s service department by greeting customers, moving and parking vehicles, and ensuring the service area is clean, organized, and efficient. It helps create a positive customer experience while maintaining smooth service drive operations. Duties include greeting customers, recording vehicle details (VIN, mileage, damage), moving and parking vehicles, driving vehicles to and from the service lane and parking areas, keeping the lot and driveways clean, assisting with replenishing fluids or minor vehicle needs, and following safety policies. Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles, willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and strong customer service and communication skills.
