Job Summary
Move and organize customer vehicles throughout the service department to maintain vehicle flow. Check and maintain service vehicles by monitoring fuel, oil, water, and tire pressure. Maintain inventory of service supplies such as key tags, floor mats, and seat covers. Keep the service drive, shop, and surrounding work areas clean and organized. Perform courtesy vehicle washes as requested. Safely operate customer and dealership vehicles while following all safety procedures. Support the service team with additional tasks to ensure an efficient customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service, lot attendant, or related experience
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to help customers and coworkers
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to safely operate vehicles of various sizes
- Manual transmission experience
