Service Porter

Greet customers, escort them to the service waiting area, and provide information about service procedures. Safely move vehicles within the service area, coordinate retrieval and delivery with advisors and technicians, and maintain organization in the parking lot. Check in customer vehicles, create repair orders, and conduct basic inspections of incoming and outgoing cars to report any issues. Maintain cleanliness throughout the service department and manage available parking spaces for customers and team vehicles. This role requires a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Work involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting or bending within the service department.
