Job Summary
Greet and assist customers professionally, escorting them to the waiting area and providing service procedure information. Safely move vehicles within the service area and coordinate retrieval and delivery with service advisors and technicians. Maintain lot organization and cleanliness while monitoring available parking spaces for customers and team vehicles. Assist service advisors by checking in vehicles and creating repair orders, then conduct basic inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure quality standards. Report any issues or damage immediately. This role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks within the service department of Bomnin Automotive.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Willingness to take a skill evaluation assessment
- Ability to safely drive and operate different types of vehicles
