Job Summary
Verify damage on delivered vehicles and perform daily cleaning, waxing, and interior detailing for service customers, loaners, and new car prep. Maintain vehicle inventory by replenishing fluids, replacing batteries, and applying tire dressing while ensuring all forms, stickers, and displays meet dealership standards. Keep the lot orderly by moving cars as directed, parking vehicles properly, and assisting with facility maintenance. Drive vehicles as needed to pick up or deliver cars for events and customers. Perform battery checks and maintain logs per manufacturer guidelines. Acknowledge visitors and use proper safety equipment when handling chemicals or working near mechanical parts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be insurable by Company standards
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
