Job Summary
Greet service customers on the drive, perform registration, and provide prompt, friendly, and efficient hospitality services with knowledge of surrounding areas. Maintain the service drive and lounge area while moving vehicles on and off the service drive in an expedient manner. Pick up and deliver customers and their vehicles as needed, and complete special projects or other services assigned by the Service Manager. This role supports the smooth traffic flow through the facility at a busy, family-owned dealership with over 60 years of history.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
- Must be able to work in a culturally diverse group.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must be outgoing and personable.
