Job Summary
Greet service customers on the drive, perform registrations, and answer phones while directing calls to appropriate personnel. Maintain the service drive and lounge area, assist with messages and schedule changes, and provide friendly hospitality with local area knowledge. Move vehicles on and off the service drive expediently, handle pick-ups and deliveries, and execute special projects or other services as assigned by the Service Manager. This role supports Luther Automotive Group's family-owned philosophy of serving guests and communities within a busy shop environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
- Must be able to work in a culturally diverse group.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must be outgoing and personable.
