Job Summary
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential homes, including leaks, clogs, and water heater malfunctions. Install, repair, and replace fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, and water heaters while performing routine maintenance to prevent future problems. Inspect systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance, and provide clear explanations of issues and solutions to customers. Manage service calls independently or with a team, maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to all safety protocols. Work Monday through Friday with potential on-call rotation, earning $36-$48 per hour. We provide a work vehicle, tool program, and benefits including health, dental, and RRSP matching.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Ticket or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential plumbing service
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- The ability to work under minimal supervision
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Attention to detail
- A motivation to produce high-quality work

- Commercial service experience
- Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps
- Experience using Service Titan
